An English sentence can read well and still carry a different number. Parity Vision checks the figures in Korean and English disclosures and lists each difference with its location.
Amounts, quantities, share counts and ratios are matched one by one against the Korean original, including transposed digits such as 1,143,919 and 1,134,919.
We check that the KRW, KRW thousand and KRW million labels in the Korean table also appear in the English table.
Record, decision and scheduled dates are compared, including cases where the month and day match but the year does not.
Differences and figures found on only one side are sent as a list with page, table and item locations.

Before you send anything, here is exactly how far the check goes. We do not promise anything outside it.
Covered: exchange disclosures and major matters reports that come in Korean and English pairs. Please ask first about periodic reports such as annual reports, and about file formats.
If a difference we missed turns up later, tell us. We compare the same disclosure again at no cost and explain why it was not marked.

We fetch disclosures that are already public directly from DART.
We accept undisclosed material only after signing an NDA, and only the Korean and English drafts needed to compare the figures. We follow your company's own secure transfer method, such as secure email, a file transfer system or a data room. If you have none, please send files password-protected and share the password through a separate channel. Only the assigned reviewer opens them, and they are compared with our in-house program only, never uploaded to outside AI or other online services.
We delete your files and working copies within 7 days of delivering the results and confirm the deletion by email. On request, we delete them immediately.
